When you sign up for a Layerly website, you get a website ready to launch in 5 business days. Your subscription includes free, unlimited website edits, 1:1 support and more.
As long as you have an active subscription, you keep your website.
Can I add pages or sell products down the road?
Yep, your website will be like the open road … lots of room to open ‘er up. Check out our flexible website add-ons.
Do I ever have to log in and make my own changes?
Never, ever. We do all design, text entry, everything. You do you.
*Actually, if you have a blog, news, etc., you will create your own posts. But don’t worry, our platform is easy to use.
Will I see unwanted ads or bizarre dancing hippos on my site?
No ads, no Czechoslovakian puppet shows, no unwanted pop-ups. It’s your site, period.
Can I request changes this week and more changes next week?
Sure – unlimited updates are included in every package.
Is the price going to keep going up like my cable bill?
No way. We make enough money to pay everyone and save up for a bangin’ company foosball table. See our pricing page.
Can I bring a website from another platform?
There is no option to transfer or import a website from another platform into Layerly. Every Layerly site is custom designed to fit your needs and built for use on our platform.
However, our team is highly skilled at creating custom websites to fit your preferences and needs. After you sign up for a Layerly website, please share a list of websites you like or are inspired by with your Account Manager.

What are website add-ons?
Website add-ons are additional features that you can add to your website subscription. These include additional pages, online store, advanced search engine optimization and more. See our full list of add-ons here.
Can I sell products online?
For sure! With our Shop Add-on you can sell physical and digital products as well as subscriptions.
This add-on gives your website the full power of an eCommerce store without the headache of building and managing it yourself.
Can I bring my own domain?
Absolutely! If you already have one we’ll connect your custom domain name to your website for free too.
If you don’t have one yet, we offer a free .com domain with your website subscription!
If I end my subscription do I lose my website?
When you end your Layerly subscription you will no longer have access to your website.
However, we will keep a copy of your website on our local servers for 1 year after your plan has ended. If you decide to come back to Layerly, we can bring back your old website or make you a new one!
Can I change my plan from monthly to yearly?
Yes, you are welcome to switch your website subscription from monthly to yearly or vice versa at any time.
Contact your Account Manager or login to your account to switch your plan.
What payment methods does Layerly accept?
We accept most debit and credit cards using Stripe as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you offer a trial period?
We don’t offer a trial period, but we do offer a 14 day money-back guarantee.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee if you’re not happy with your purchase. Contact us within the first 14 days of your purchase to request a refund.
Do you offer discounts?

How do I access my account?
You can login into your Layerly account here.
From your account you have access to your subscription(s), billing, profile (name, email, password) and product support.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, by default your monthly or yearly subscription will automatically renew.
How do I cancel my subscription renewal?
We hate goodbyes. But hey, we get it. Priorities shift and sometimes we need a break.

How do I change my password?
You can change your password by resetting it here. Enter the email address you signed up with and a reset your password link will be sent to the email address on file.
